WHY GARDEN GEMS?

My primary craft is gemcutting. I have been doing this work, either as a hobby or as a profession, for almost 50 years now. And after all this time, I am still fascinated by the natural beauty of a gemstone.

So when I canned my first batch of jelly a little over a year ago, the first thing that came to mind as I held a faceted jar of my Wild Grape Jelly up to the sunlight was a deep purple amethyst or an even darker purple fluorite crystal. When it came time to create a trade name and design a logo, "gems" from the garden just naturally followed from that first impression.

PEPPER & FRUIT JELLIES
Traditional, yet exotic. You won't find good old-fashioned homemade jellies like these in stores anymore. Treat yourself to these classic favorites.

VARIETAL MINT JELLIES
Mint is not just mint. There are many varieties and they all have interesting flavor differences. They go great with everything from salads to desserts.

HERB JELLIES
Herb jellies make interesting and tasty condiments and glazes. Try them with meats, breads, cheeses - or whatever suits your personal tastes.
